Junior Financial Controller - MONACO

DEPARTMENT:  Finance Department


ROLES:  Junior Financial Controller


We are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Financial Controller in our Finance Department. The new resource will support the analysis of main variances, business drivers, trends and performance indicators ensuring data completion and accuracy and providing clear reports  

Eligible candidates:

  • Supports yearly budgeting and quarterly revised forecasting processes
  • Supports the preparation of variance analysis on main financial data, collecting additional information and suggesting improvements to working practices and procedures
  • Monitors the performance of each department, highlighting variances against budgets and facilitating the discussion by the use of clear and agreed tools
  • Supports in implementing and maintaining financial controls and reporting systems
  • Checks of all data accuracy at an analytical accounting level and ensures data quality in coherence with the cost accounting system



  • 1 or 2 years of experience in Planning & Control
  • Business Economics
  • Accounting
  • Financial reporting
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (as a plus: Shipnet / Veson Nautical / Tagetik)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian and/ or French is a plus
